Diabetes (Type 2)

WARNING: If you have Type 2 Diabetes and you decide to stop eating what’s causing it so your body can heal, and you follow the diet I discuss here, you should watch your blood sugar very carefully, especially if you’re taking insulin injections!

Many people, after switching to this eating lifestyle, go off all their insulin and diabetes drugs right away, and their blood sugar normalizes within a few days to a few weeks at the most.

Animal products (meat including fish and eggs, cheese, butter, cream, milk, yogurt, and other dairy) cause insulin resistance, which is why you have Type 2 Diabetes. They also cause weight gain. After you stop eating those foods, cut out the oil and food additives, and start eating solely whole plant-based foods such as corn, potatoes, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, your body will quickly stop resisting the insulin it creates (which is what’s causing your Type 2 Diabetes), and you’ll start losing weight. You will also start noticing other improvements in your health.

NOTE: This article is not meant to replace the advice of your doctor (unless he or she tells you food won’t make a difference, in which case you need to get another doctor), nor is it intended to diagnose or cure any disease.

Okay, now that I’ve legally protected myself… Type 2 Diabetes, along with a host of other common chronic illnesses, CAN be and ARE cured by changing your diet.

Is this a radical thing to do, not eating like you’ve grown up eating and like everyone around you eats? Well, no more radical than getting fat and diseased just because you don’t want to stop eating like royalty. We’ve all been raised that way, and we all are being given the opportunity by God, as we learn the truth about food, to start feeding ourselves what God designed our bodies to eat so the natural and powerful healing He has already programmed into our bodies can do its job.
